We have a senior position in Marketing with our client which is a large MNC Publishing Group. Details of the role are as follows :  Position : Head of Marketing   Location : Noida   Experience : 15 - 20 years.  CTC : 30 - 35 Lakhs  Role:   Owning the outbound marketing programs (Offline+ Online) at each life cycle stage, making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, and insights   Conceptualizing, building, executing and analyzing adoption and engagement marketing programs across all outbound marketing channels   Leading the corporate communications & all media relations thereby increasing brand awareness by developing and iterating on customer segmentation and designing innovative marketing tactics   - Understanding the end-to-end life cycle funnel and attribution metrics to shape marketing and messaging   - Defining event calendar and integrating the same with all channels like Social Media, Display/Text Ads, and online campaigns   - Developing long-term social media strategy, achievable and scalable plans for social channels, and ensuring alignment with business goals   - Building content and communicating with internal/external stakeholders in support of tools, services, best practices for social media marketing and capture resulting metrics   - Identifying SEO optimization opportunities such as creation of new nodes, content optimization   - Building events and PR stories.  - Maintaining tie with ongoing PR activities as well as initiating/identifying relevant opportunities with brands/exhibitions   - Partnering with product and technology teams to build a roadmap and executing projects that lead to increased engagement from active customers as well as lapsed customers   Candidate Profile :   - Preferably an MBA with 15+ years of experience in online marketing, marketing communications, product management, and/or consumer products and services   - Proven track-record of managing and delivering life cycle programs, identifying customer actions and conversions for each stage and achieving those KPIs.  - Strong People Management skills and stellar problem solving & issue resolution skills with the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment   - Ability to multitask while maintaining quality and attention to detail.  Interested candidates may kindly contact Ms. Kanika Pathak on 9911179375.
