Head - Marketing - Knits Garment Business (10-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and monitor the current domestic markets for Garments (knits) and prepare a robust business plan to identify and develop new sales opportunities for the existing/new brands.
- Develop and drive export sales activity evaluating potential in international
- Develop strong relationships within the existing supply chain to explore existing distributor base and build the commercial relationships.
- Implement sales and distribution plans to meet the sales targets.
- Work with the company's Product Development and Operations team to deliver the most relevant products.
- Execute marketing efforts and reaching regular sales targets by carrying out market research activity
- Providing market intelligence and competitor activity
- Identify New Market Opportunities and ensure effective development and promotions of the Company's Brand and Product visibility in current and emerging Markets.
- Develop new customers and also be responsible to retain the existing clientele.
- Well versed in global sales and developing & Implementing Marketing Strategies.
Specific Requirements:
- Experience in Knits Garment Marketing in the International market.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. and must have worked on a system.
- Needs to be well-spoken, well presented.
- Must have good communication skills, both oral and written, and must be organized.
