Head - Marketing - Internet/Online - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (5-10 yrs)
Our client is a mid-size organization which is on growth trajectory and launching some cutting-edge products across India catering to larger population across India cities.
They have ambitious plan of having a footprint across length and breadth of country and targeting to become leader in their product categories. With state of the art and cutting-edge technology products which are rated as one of the best in the industry, organization is currently expanding at rapid pace and looking at Senior professional to join them as Marketing Head reporting to the COO.
He / She will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with top management to formulate extensive marketing strategies in line with the organization's objectives.
- Strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns, Outdoor Marketing, Events, Television, Print, Radio and Digital marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for product launch and promotions across various locations including Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
- Evaluation of all marketing campaigns in terms of ROI and suggest best practice to maximize the brand reach.
- Leading and motivating team and monitoring day to day marketing operations.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders as well as managing external agencies for smooth functioning of campaigns.
Ideal candidate should have:
- 5 - 10 years of experience into planning & execution of Marketing campaigns at a large extent.
- Full time MBA, preferably from Tier 1 Business School.
