Head of Marketing Responsibilities : - The Marketing Head will be the sole custodian and manage the brand identity and positioning, across categories and channels - Partner with category teams and build customer-focused product content across e-commerce channels - Deep understanding of digital marketing, and be able to build the right plans from concept to execution. Exposure to Facebook and Google marketing, Affiliates, CRM and Loyalty, SMS etc necessary - Own and grow all brand channels, website, social media and e-commerce brand store and deliver on decided metrics - Manage brand-building campaigns, celebrity engagement, influencers and build from concept to execution with key focus on measurements and outcomes - Oversee all Trade Marketing initiatives, ATL/BTL activities - Be comfortable with data and deriving insights that can translate into effective communication - Experience with selling on the brand website and managing topline growth - Manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department - Manage a team of graphic designers and marketing managers Why should you apply : - Be a part of the growth story of India's only e-commerce focused consumer durables brand.
