Head Marketing
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES :
Marketing Strategy and Execution :
1. Develops organization's marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
2. Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
3. Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
4. Builds the Traditional marketing and Digital Marketing, both Online and Offline, strategies for the company and sees it through execution.
Performance Marketing :
1. Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying shortterm and long-range issues that must be addressed.
2. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
3. Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
4. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
5. Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Brand Development :
1. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Head- Marketing will oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies, working with the team that executes them. He/She should understand their offering and their target audience and see to it that projects are completed on time and on budget. He/She is also supposed to lead the traditional and digital marketing channels both Online and Offline.
2. Utilize business analytics to determine customer segment, segmented marketing strategy and customer acquisition strategy.
3. Organize brand promotional events and traditional marketing activities
Customer Centricity & Cost :
1. Create a unique customer and brand experience
2. Analyze and Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost
3. Build customer acquisition channels and drive traffic to website, thereby improving brand sales
People Management :
1. Develop an open, engaged and learning culture within the organization
2. Capability building and succession planning of Direct reports and understand their career needs
Legal and Compliance :
1. Ensure all legal and compliance requirements for business functioning are in place thereby ensuring no operational disruptions
2. Ensure any new license/ regulatory requirement is complied to with support of Legal team
