Head - Marketing - Internet Firm - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (3-8 yrs)

We are hiring for Marketing Head (Brand, Communication & Growth)

- Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company's unique voice

- Analysing the company's unique market position, its advantages and challenges for marketing channels

- Responsible for the overall brand positioning and execution strategy

- Leading the PR, Platform Marketing, Product Marketing and Brand Management

- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)

- Creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels and geographies

- Developing strategies for inbound and outbound campaigns including SEM/SEO, Email, Social Media, App and Web

- Manage programs budgets by channel campaign costs, performance and ROI through the demand generation lifecycle

- Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals

- Create a solid network of strategic partnerships

JOB REQUIREMENT :

- 3-6 Years of Work Experience in similar field

- MBA from Tier 1 college

- The candidate should be an enthusiastic, experienced, metrics oriented

- Ability to collaborate across departments

- Result oriented and ready to take ownership

- Must have a desire to make impact and high work ethics

- Prior experience in E-Commerce and/or consumer Internet is preferred
