Reported by : Brand Managers
Role Objective & Responsibilities :
- Develop the overall marketing & brand management strategy.
- Drives Company's brand portfolio decision & brand mix development including brand definition & proposition, advertising, pricing, packaging, place and promotion for each category & brand.
- Assumes overall responsibility for Brand Innovation/renovation for all international geographies.
- Brand Vision/ Architecture and 12Q plan development & execution.
- Supervises/ directs all marketing & and branding activities for all brands for Company across all geographical clusters.
- Takes joint responsibility for P&L.
- Ensures effective media evaluation & planning attain maximum ROI by coordinating with key media providers.
- Supervises, coaches and develops team of Brand Managers.
- Ensures that the marketing team is adequately trained in both functional and behavioral aspects.
