Areas of Responsibilities :
a) Craft strategies for Digital, Account based and Content marketing teams. Coordinate sales efforts globally through brand awareness and lead generation initiatives.
b) Manage campaigns globally - with a focus on U.S. - across existing marketing channels, and identify opportunities to reach target audience through other relevant channels like podcasts, webinars etc.
c) Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the team. Ramp up the Marketing & inside sales abilities of the firm - build internal teams & liaise with external agencies as needed to meet business requirements.
d) Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, campaigns, PR, web pages and other promotional material).
Must Have :
a) 6-8 years of experience with business facing marketing initiatives / inside sales teams.
b) Experience managing successful marketing teams and campaigns.
c) Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
d) A problem solving mindset and strong analytical abilities.
Good To Have :
a) Previous experience in SaaS is a big plus.
b) MBA from a premier institution is preferred (IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS etc).
