Job Title: Head of Marketing KSA

Role Purpose:

- The job holder will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to develop the Hospitality brand / brands in line with the Concept objectives and ensuring that positioning of brands is consistent throughout the region and new markets for the brands.

- Promote all the Hospitality brands and acquire/ develop potential clients as well as build up long term relationship with them.

- The job holder will also be responsible for understanding key customer insights for all Hospitality businesses, understanding the media landscape and delivering effective media plans for businesses, benchmarking key competitors and implementing customer acquisition strategies.

Description of the Accountability:

Brand Building:

- Ensure that the brand building strategies/exercise is implemented in all the Outlets and for all concepts in KSA

- Liaison with Media Agencies/Consultant to develop appropriate media plans in line with concept objectives

- Develop and execute KSA digital strategies for brands that is in line with brand positioning statements.

Promotions and Events:

- Recommend outlet promotions in consultation with operations

- Ensure that all communication material required for the promotions is developed / designed and sent to the outlets/territories within the time frame specified

- Recommend events specific to brands

- Forecast along with operations on the increase in footfall during the promotions.

Social Media:

- Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:

- Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

- Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews.

- Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.

- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

Competencies Functional Skills And Capabilities:

- 10 - 12 years of Marketing Experience in the Industry - Preferably Hospitality

- Agency Management

- Brand Management

- Budgeting and Costing

- Media Knowledge

- Consumer / Market Research Methodologies

- Local Market Retail Scenario Understanding

- Media Planning

- Resource Management

- People Management

- Communication and Presentation Skills

- Good contacts in the market place
