Responsibilities:
Functional-
- Promoting mission and vision of the group.
- Implementing, in coordination with CEO, the branding plans and proposals for group.
- Implementing promotional plans for facility staff / customers to guarantee a steady stream of customers especially during off peak periods.
- Allocating and controlling branding budget across internal and external sponsorship, profiling and advertising costs.
- Reviewing and approving subordinate budget inquires when required.
- Identifying market needs by conducting market research activities in order to understand customer needs, priorities and aspirations.
- Coordinating continuous promotional programs, conventions and meetings. Ensuring these events are well attended and organized.
- Plan & deliver business objectives for the brand assigned. Develop & implement marketing plans which addresses brand requirements - short term & long term.
- Lead and generate strong consumer insights to powerful communication for the brand.
- Conceptualize & implement 360 degree branding/promotional programs.
- Handling (Advertisement, media, research, activation) agencies for timely execution of task given and ensure compliances and metrics.
- Regular Monitoring of the brand key parameters and off take trends to ensure better planning.
- Interface with internal stakeholders, supply chain, packaging, finance, legal, technical & customer complaint cell to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead & generate MIS on brand(s) assigned, category, competition and trade at regular intervals so as to result in effective brand management.
- Driving Digital campaigns/Activations for the brand and come up with newer ideas to drive the brand.
- Developing ideas and opportunities for feature articles, interviews, presentations, and other public relations activities that promote awareness of group.
- Representing group to the press and public where required (exhibitions, road shows, interview programs) in an ethical manner.
- Identifying and establishing an appropriate community engagement program in the local and other areas.
- Developing key corporate communications within the country (including special events, brochures, website, and other mediums in strategically important areas.
