Head - Marketing - Healthcare Startup (12-15 yrs)
The company is well-funded startup in the healthcare space.
The Marketing Head will steer and develop brand positioning, architecture and value propositions. Specifically:
- Develop the brand communication and marketing strategy for the brand in line with company objectives across B2B and B2B segments
- Drive and develop data have driven and customer-centric marketing plans for the brand and new launches (social/digital media, trade marketing, PR, influencer marketing, events, traditional media where relevant)
- Partner, where required with business, leads to devise promotional strategies and programs
- Work with the digital team to drive the digital strategy (content strategy, social media, performance marketing etc.)
- Identify and build on brand partnership opportunities that will align with the above brand building strategy
Qualifications/Requirements :
- 12-15 years- experience in marketing communication with a brand or agency of repute
- Creative thinker with a deep understanding of brand building, positioning strategies, marketing communication strategy along with the ability to implement these strategies on ground and manage a budget
- Ability to envision and implement multiple campaigns (strategic and tactical) for both B2C and B2B businesses
- Ability to execute in the short-term while simultaneously developing a long-term strategy
- Foster a culture of creative thinking in the marketing team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner with business heads
- Passionate, innovative and a self-starter, comfortable in operating in a rapidly evolving and dynamic start up environment
- Manage agency relationships
- PG/MBA in marketing is desirable
