- Head of Marketing - POSITION SPECIFICATION: Position: Head of Marketing Company: Reputed Organisation in Healthcare Sector Location: Chennai - 10-12 years of experience in Marketing with MBA in Marketing from Tier-1 Business School JOB PURPOSE: Head of Marketing who will provide strategic direction and oversee all aspects of the function including PR, branding, marketing, including focus on Digital marketing. This is so as the organization continues to grow at a fast pace both within and outside of India and it is the appropriate moment for the organization to ensure that it builds a clear recall value with its customer base while sending out the right messages both to its internal customers as well as to the outside world. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - - Development and Implementation of go-to market strategy aligned with company Strategy and Business Goals - Brand Development and Management - Need based advertising in region and aligning it with Budgets - Identification and recruitment of the agencies to create the content for TV, Print, Radios. - Lead the PR Activities and communication for the group to handle Press Releases, Press Meets & Conferences and act as a face and spokesperson for the organisation - Effective utilisation of Digital Marketing - Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics - Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: - MBA in Marketing from a Tier-1 Business School - Strong exposure in Brand Management and Strategic Marketing with organisations of repute - Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills COMPENSATION: - Total compensation will be commensurate with experience, market trends, and current salary drawn.
