Our client is on of the largest players in the industry who is leading from the front when it comes to innovating the space. They are looking to hire a Marketing Head who comes with the experience of building a brand and can help them scale up their operations at a Pan India Level.

Description :

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Driving revenue growth and brand preference

- Building and driving segmented offerings 

- Developing and executing new propositions per patient segmentation

- Brand Development through activation and service marketing 

- Define and drive channel strategy and management programs 

- Managing the marketing and promotion budget effectively

Profile:
 
- Candidate should be MBA from good institute with 12-15 years of experience in marketing

- Should have done a sales stint as well

- He/she must be hands-on in execution as well

- Proven record in local marketing/building business city by city, with good experience in BTL marketing

- Strong segmentation and proposition development background

- Should have handled digital marketing programs

- Candidate should have a bias for action

- Self-motivated and result-oriented
