Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a specific Division Marketing function for India.
- Establishing & Monitoring effective product launch strategy
- Build Business development by strengthening the relations with Key opinion leaders in the Industry
- Establish System & Process for Market Analytics
- Marketing Plan - Prepare Marketing Plan for Portfolios /Products.
- Strategic development of 5 years roadmap
- Coordination with COE for product information and product pricing
- Create business plan and monitor its implementation
- Developing sales team knowledge through designing training programs
- Develop KOL's and meet them regularly to get market feedback and market development
- Understand new trends and competitors analysis for market intelligence.
- Standardized processes for ensuring conformity to norms and continuity in performance
- Build motivated, Performance driven & result-oriented team.

Educational Qualification and Experience :
BE / B. Pharm/M. Pharm or BSc /M.Sc. in biological Sciences with additional professional qualification MBA or equivalent
- Candidate should possess minimum 10 years of total professional experience in which minimum 4 years should be from sales preferably a year in managerial position, or as applications specialist.
- Experience in surgical equipment's and or instruments with hand on experience of - selling in surgery- is must.
Travel:
- 50% travel, within country
- Occasionally outside country
- Many events occur during week ends hence willingness to travel and work over the week ends.
