Marketing Head (Growth) - 6 - 14 Years - Luxury Fashion e-commerce - Mumbai


We are hiring a hands-on Growth-marketing Head for a luxury-commerce omni-channel platform that is well-funded and is now ready for its next level of growth. Backed by reputed investors, it is already a leader in its space. The focus for the coming years will be on scaling the platform with technology as its backbone. Job Responsibilities :

- Plays an active role in the formulation of the business/brand's growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies

- Oversees identifying management information that is necessary for ensuring that the performance across all marketing priority areas can be monitored accurately and that any hindrances to strategies are discovered at an early stage

- Plays a leading part in the identification of opportunities that improve the productivity and efficiency of programs and campaigns

- Develops strong and effective working relationships with junior performance marketing personnel in order to bring about a positive environment that promotes the achievement of departmental goals and the business's KPIs

- Plays a major analytical role by managing the department's tracking, data analysis, and testing consumer acquisition channels

- Is also tasked with the creation and optimization of a wide range of forecasting tools that integrate research insights and sets of data

- Is also responsible for assessing pilot programs, their effectiveness, and long-term value for money

- Must portray a keen interest and ability to conduct research and analyses on large and complex datasets in order to realize appropriate strategies and solutions for programs and campaigns

- Will have a sound understanding of direct response metrics and an ability to measure program/campaign ROI and a proven ability to manage paid social campaigns such as Twitter ads, Google, Facebook ads among others

- He will also develop new and creative marketing program tools that facilitate the tracking of consumers at a more individualized level as opposed to simply tracking whole general demographics

- Must be consumer-driven, always looking to meet consumer demands, have exceptional problem-solving skills, be self-motivated and inspire the same in others, be proactive and thirsty for knowledge, have an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines even when working on multiple projects, be brave in going for informed experimentation, have a knack for delivering results, and display calmness and composure under stress and in uncertain situations

- Strategize, own and execute the entire paid marketing strategy to acquire users through multiple paid channels (Social, Search)

- Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing for increased ROIs

- Demonstrated ability to interpret data for insights and next steps - Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager experience

- Understanding of social media metrics, conversion funnels, and the ability to link results with specific elements of a broader campaign

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

- Will also be extremely proficient in formulating SEO and SEM strategies and approaches for large consumer websites/apps and have an ability to work with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and SQL

- Has to have the capacity to conceptualize, execute, and optimize complex paid media acquisition programs and also have substantial data modelling, financial, and statistical skills

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

- Solid knowledge of product analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Webtrends, Branch, Singular)

- Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance

- Track and Manage marketing spend efficiently and effectively across channels including Facebook campaigns, Google UAC campaigns, Ad networks, and social media campaigns

- Set up daily performance reports to analyse the performance and optimize campaigns

- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics

Job Specification :

- At least 6 to 8 years of experience in Digital Advertising, Scaling app installs

- Engineers/MBA from premier schools with experience in product/ecommerce start-ups who have seen the growth journey will be preferred

- A stronghold on product Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics-driven marketing

- Strong analytical ability and hands-on with analytical tools like Excel/Google Analytics etc

- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere

- Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment

- Location is Mumbai
