Role- Heading User Growth & Performance Marketing; Gaming Industry
- Devise and execute a data-led user growth strategy for the company
- Uncover creative, non-traditional, and cost-effective new methods of acquiring users (like partnerships, etc)
- Test and implement offline marketing campaigns
- Devise strategies to scale beyond the usual and broaden the top of the funnel using paid and unpaid digital acquisition channels (like PPC, social (paid & unpaid), affiliates, SEO, content, email, and more)
- Work closely with product and performance marketing teams to optimize the top of the funnel
- Undertake consumer research to identify user needs and current friction points and come up with analysis or consumer understanding backed ideas to unlock growth
- Revamp the referral program for company to unlock growth via referrals
- Build, lead and recruit the growth team.
- Be responsible for the vision, strategy and execution of acquisition campaigns across all the digital platforms like Facebook, Google, affiliates etc for RummyCircle
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, annual acquisition numbers and costs.
- Execute full funnel digital marketing campaigns including strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and reporting
- Identify and lead implementation and guide relationships with affiliates and partners that can improve digital performance.
- Work with data and analytics teams to implement best measurement frameworks, mine deeper insights and run A/B and multivariate tests to iterate into new ideas
- Partner with creative team and brand marketing to drive ROI through rigorous and systematic creative and narrative testing, focused on optimization and testing new approaches
- Lead ,mentor and build the performance marketing team.
