With strong focus on sales and marketing within the broad consumer sector, they are looking to on-board senior professional for Head of Marketingm reporting directly to the MD. The incumbent will be responsible for: Conceptualize, design and execute the marketing strategy with the stated objective of establishing the company as the brand of choice for the target audience. This is an transformational role providing an excellent opportunity to innovate and experiment, creating a brand & marketing led success story Must Haves: 1. A minimum of 12 years of relevant and progressive work experience in marquee B2C consumer product / services companies with the last 3 plus years focused on the Indian market / consumer 2.Prior experience in design and implementation of a new product / brand or developing a brand during its growth phase 3. Should have worked across at least 2 consumer product / service categories and the experience of having worked with a challenger brand 4.
