Our Client is leading food ingredients startup focussed on developing and producing Ultra low-Calorie Sugars.   Role: Head of Marketing   1. The position is responsible to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing & business development plan in global food & food ingredients industry to gain reasonable market in Rare sugars industry-   2. Responsible to develop marketing/brand promotion budgets in line with organization business strategy-   3. Develop and recommend product positioning, packing, and pricing strategy to gain the market share on short-term and long-term approach-   3. Devise a plan on conceptual selling in low-calorie sugar product segment through B2B and B2C model.-   4. Deal with global procurement Heads and Research Heads   5. Execute various product promotion activities i.e web, Ecommerce platform, Instagram and social media.-   6. Deal with High end supermarkets and high-end market segments i.e. duty-free outlets in Airports, Metros, and malls- .Reach out potential client in Schengen countries and partner with leading companies to gain reasonable market share-  7. Monitor competitor products, sales, marketing activities and work on innovative approaches   8. Travel extensively to promote the brand, participate in the various global expo for long-term business contracts-   9. Develop team and build healthy working relationships with clients  An ideal candidate will hold an MBA from a premier institute with about 15-20 years experience in global brands in Food & Food Ingredients sector. Prior to exposure of dealing with US, European & Middle Eastern markets essential.
