- Responsible for driving an accelerated growth in India

- Design and drive market strategies to match the accelerated growth demands

- Drive focused initiatives in the next two years to deliver on sales and profit targets.

- Collaborate with the global & regional teams to design marketing strategies for India

- Planned expansion of the brand portfolio through line extensions, thrust on a complete line of products going beyond base brand, and hence need manage the new launches successfully

- Need to collaborate for more focused demand generation with supply chain, ethical and Trade, integrating the demand levers across all 3, with an increased understanding of the higher business complexity driving sales across a wider product line

- Scale up in Ethical KOL management, drive consumerisation to the next level with a focus on differentiated communication through media advertising etc. Designing new price points, communication messages to drive and increase market presence

- Strengthen digital, CRM and e-commerce roadmap to drive stronger than market growth in new channels for consumer acquisition and retention. Marketing ROI focus to drive efficiencies in marketing spends
