Key Responsibilities :
1. Marketing Strategy Formulation
- Develop clear brand strategy and positioning based on consumer insights and competition analysis for each brand as well as corporate
- Monitor and guide teams on creation of brand calendar, national campaigns, hyperlocal marketing etc to help meet business objectives
- New store launches
2. Agency Liaison(Social/Digital & Creative)
- Build a robust infrastructure of required agencies with clearly defined
KRAs - Oversee the selection of partners and agencies along with timely check- ins
3. PR Strategy
- Oversee the planning and execution of Plan for the PR & influencing activities for all brands
- Develop relationships with the key influencers, writers etc
- Develop spokesperson skills and create opportunities to strengthen brand credentials
4. Digital Strategy
- Monitor the digital strategy across channels and create ORM mandate for Social and SHD
- Explore new channels for targeting and re- targeting
5. Content and Comms strategy
- Develop brand content strategy and consistent brand language across all channels
- Monitor and strategize with the team to come up with campaigns in line with overall brand value keeping consumer first approach
6. CRM
- Data insights driven CRM strategy across Social, SHD and SWC.
- Strategize and monitor campaigns for each brand on a monthly basis
7. Partnerships
- Partnerships and alliances with like- minded brands to create more awareness, brand saliency while brining in revenue for the brands. This is a Social first initiative that can be extended to other brands.
8. Delivery and Cloud Kitchen
- Create more awareness and trials for our delivery platform across brands by leveraging all possibilities
