Head - Marketing - FMCG - IIM/XLRI/FMS/SPJIMR (12-15 yrs)
Executive Hiring is looking for a leadership role as Mktg Head for a Large FMCG, based at Mumbai.
Post Grad in Marketing from IIM's / XLRI /FMS /SPJIMR etc. with 12-15 Years (Pref. 2008 - 2010 batchers ) of both Sales & Marketing ( Present ) exp is required.
Preferably someone working as a Group Product Manager of Beauty Brands is what being looked at for this role.
The role -
- Define the strategic directions and the marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities
- Will steer the positioning of the brand keeping in mind global brand mandates.
- Take ownership of international launches and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences locally.
- Manage the budget (sales forecast; price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&L, etc.)
- Build, develop and manage large team, coach them and and develop their marketing expertise accordingly.
- To drive the brand's presence on all platforms (online and offline) and be responsible for sales forecasting, inventory mgmt.
