Head - Marketing - FMCG - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

- Candidate with all India exposure of managing marketing and FMCG background with a focus on west and south would be preferred

- Good exposure to managing media and event partners

- Good exposure of managing agencies to get marketing deliverables as per company plans

- Good in managing team and able to influence stake holders to achieve planned marketing goals

- Good in managing the budget of the marketing able to keep strict control on marketing budgets of the company

- Strong on delivery and execution standards as per the plan identified

- Able to influence the customers through brand management strategies

- Able to connect well with customers periodically by building a brand and influencing the purchase

- Good in CRM management

- FMCG background of a candidate is preferred

- MBA marketing from premier school is preferred
