a) Leading all brand marketing efforts (strategic and tactical) in the premium and mainstream category

b) Leading and providing direction to Brand Strategy of the organization

c) Managing the research and customer and market intelligence span of the function

d) Responsibility of New Product Innovation and launches.

Person Specification :

a) 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in the field of brand marketing out of which atleast 3 years as a senior brand manager (experience in the alcohol industry is an advantage)

b) Ability to lead a dynamic team in a challenging market environment with proven leadership and execution skills

c) A Masters in Business Administration along with a professional qualification in the field of Marketing is preferred e) A certificate or Diploma in Digital Marketing is an advantage

d) Proven track record of people development specifically in marketing capability.

e) FMCG industry experience required
