A reputed and well known company in Fruit Pulps, Requires Marketing Head, to launch a new product line in fruit pulps, on PAN INDIA basis . The Marketing Head will design overall strategy, marketing plan and establish channels to various retailers for making the product a success. The Marketing Head must have the experience of launching a successful product on PAN INDIA basis.


Job Profile:


1. Plan & develop systems & procedures to launch the new product on PAN INDIA basis


2. Improve the operating quality & efficiency of the department.


3. Design & implement the Annual Brand Marketing Plans to achieve qualitative & quantitative marketing objectives.


4. Need based Market research in Co-ordination with external agencies.


5. Identify new product for launch.


6. User friendly & market acceptable packaging in co -ordination with concerned department.


7. Advertising and sales promotion to achieve the desired brand personality/identity.


8. Monitoring and reviewing off product performance against budget.


9. Guiding and motivating the brand team.


10 Build a team to carry out the assigned task.


Key Accountabilities:


1. Brand building of assigned product.


2. Bottom line of assigned product. (pricing)


3. Identification of new products in the similar segment.


4. Training and coaching of team members.


5. Guide and advise the board .


Based in Delhi.
