Head of Marketing Your responsibilities: - Devise and implement marketing strategy for the business. Responsible for marketing on all social media platforms and coordinating with the agencies. - Develop campaigns and execute them with the respective agencies and track performance of each one of them. - Working closely with agencies, tracking and managing their performance and maintain healthy ROAS. - Strategize marketing campaigns with each channel heads/ managers and execute them to meet desired sales / ROAS metrics. - Managing and developing the marketing team, ensuring all activities are in line with the campaign calendar and ensuring smooth execution of the same. - Plan and execute cross promotional strategies. Identify brands and events for collaboration and create a win - win plan for marketing. - Running the Influencer marketing piece on Instagram and other social media channels. - Maintaining relationships with all stake holders. - Managing the overall P&L of all activities and ensuring timely processing of invoices.
