Job Description : - The CMO/ Marketing Head is one of the senior-most leaders of the company, working closely with the founders/ MD to set the Growth and strategic marketing initiatives for the company's brand; and build the brand into an iconic, aspirational and distinctive name. - The HOM will be expected to lead on creating and driving brand awareness, marketing activities and conversion social media campaigns that resonate with all relevant audiences. - The HOM should have Project management, Multitasking, Decision-making skills, and will directly oversee the team (8-10 people) that focuses on brand marketing. The HOM will have the following responsibilities : - Create a high-recall brand synonymous with focus on business growth, and be able to drive and direct adequate resources (creative, media) to launch and amplify brand campaigns - Lead strategy and execution across key elements of brand marketing: ATL, BTL and online/Social Media, Digital Media and Performance Marketing - Unleash the power of learner and partner testimonials to build a high-trust brand, firmly founded on authentic user delight - MBA in Marketing from a Top 10 B-School with 8+ yrs of experience with excellent, academic performance. - Prior experience with consumer business- Fintech/ Finserve definitely a good advantage Functional Requirements : - Demonstrated track-record of creating memorable consumer brand identities/campaigns, and rich experience either in digital marketing or enterprise marketing (expertise in one of the two segments is mandatory) - Enthusiastic commitment to enabling strong sales growth while taking strong, ethical ownership of the brand - Extensive familiarity with all aspects of digital marketing, with focus on delivering tangible ROI through strong analytics - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives.
