This role is with a leading FMCG company into Foods. Marketing strategy &amp; planning: - Work with the Brand Managers to define brand goals and objectives and the overall strategies that will help deliver the same. - Marketing Head has total ownership to deliver the Brand's short term (AOP) and Long Term (3-5 years) business goals (volumes and profits) and objectives (strategic intent and vision) of the brand through quality and timely execution of Marketing Plans and through the analysis of the results of those executions so as to create mid-term course correct and redefine program objectives and plans. - The role demands driving all marketing research end to end from defining the research needs, research analysis to deliver research actions. - Control and monitor all marketing activities with respect to pre-set parameters and evaluate against goals, ROIs, KPIs - Continuous interaction with field through visits and communication to understand market trend, trade dynamics, competitive scenario and plan actions accordingly as needed. DESIRED EXPERIENCE : - Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within FMCG industry - Experience running successful marketing campaigns - Experience with CRM software - Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals - Analytical mind
