Head - Marketing - FMCG

- Responsible to take a 360-degree view of the Products Category which includes both short term and long term.

- Also responsible to maximize the top line and bottom line objective of the hot beverages category by driving the business growth, Brand Equity, sales & profitability, and market share.

- To review all Brands & SKUs Profitability every quarter, work with R&D to improve the profitability and make action plans to implement the same.

- To develop & manage the Brand Portfolio for the development of a winning business strategy.

- Responsible to create and maintain the Brand Equity and Brand identity and also maintain the brand health, mainly the TOM recall and recognition.

- Design, Implement and Evaluate the Annual Brand Marketing strategy for the company and translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand tactics, and go-to-market strategies

- Also responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall Digital Marketing Strategy, including SMM, Display Advertising and SEO / SEM.

- Also responsible to formulate and implement the Market research / Consumer research / Competitors Analysis / Category Analysis for on the brand to drive long-term equity.

- Also responsible to increase and maintain the 360-degree brand visibility through ATL, BTL, and Digital & Social Media marketing strategy.

- Product portfolio enrichment through new product development & launches with appropriate marketing mix & GTM strategy.

- Extensive team relationship management & collaboration with internal stakeholders like, marketing team, R&D team, Supply Chain teams etc.
