Head - Marketing - FMCG (12-18 yrs)
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer
- Work in sync with Trade Marketing and Distribution to implement & monitor all marketing initiatives for the Organization.
- Help create designs and layouts for print and digital advertising concepts and collateral
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Maximise returns on expenditure on advertisement & endorsement
- Assumes overall responsibility of Categories, SKUs, Product Management and New Product Development
- Well versed with CRM software
