A leading FMCG & Foods clients of ours is looking for a Head Marketing to be based at their Corporate office in Andhra Pradesh. This position reports into the CEO & MD. The details of the role is given below:

Mandatory Skill:

- Proficient in Marketing and Promotions of FMCG & Food Products.

- Excellent marketing, promotional and relationship building skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Plan Marketing and Promotional activities of FMCG and Food products.

2. Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.

3. Plan marketing budgets and yearly calendar.

4. Will represent the company and work with Branding Strategy Consultants, Brand Development, Creative Agencies, Retail Marketing and Merchandising Agencies.

5. Actively contribute in PR, Content writing, Media Planning and Buying activities.

6. Proficient in product positioning, market segmentation, new markets.

7. Design marketing campaigns and promotional activities as per product and market segments.

8. Create market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product

9. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

10. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues.

11. Monitor product distribution, availability and consumer reactions.

12. Analyze and monitor competitor and consumer activity to identify opportunities for growth.

13. Understand Market demands and suggest product mix.

14. Lead and mentor a team.

15. Travel across India as required.
