Position : Head- Marketing

Location : New Delhi

Job Description :

- End to end responsibility for organization's branding & marketing

- Own the marketing (Online and Offline) strategy. Manage branding, advertising, promotions, & communication activities ensuring maximum brand visibility

- Ability to drive Social media, will be directly responsible for social media, website content & ORM. Develop Digital marketing campaigns to deliver on business objectives and work collaboratively with diversified internal teams to support digital initiatives

- Partner with all business functions, especially sales to develop strategy and tactical implementation of marketing initiatives

- Defining success metrics and reporting needs for campaigns

- Overseeing market research and analysis of the competition

- New product / category / brand development, Consumer intervention and PR

- Conceptualizing, developing and implementing corporate communication activities

- Provide direction and directives to support staff in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities, and in achieving company initiatives

Candidate Profile :

We are looking for a candidate to lead marketing and brand building efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years- experience as a brand manager/ product manager in a similar FMCG category with long stints at organizations. The ideal candidate should have proven ability to scale and build new brands. New Product development experience is a must

Essential Skills/Qualification/Exp :

- MBA in Marketing from Top-B schools

- 10-12 years of experience in marketing and branding/ brand communication

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; resilient and able to perform under pressure.

- Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to sets clear priorities and meets deadlines.

- Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.

- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from a lot of data

- Preference shall be given to FMCG candidates

- Candidates with some sales experience in early career will be preferred
