We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and driven person to join our growing marketing team and who wants to build a marketing career with an innovative, fast-growing Fintech startup. Roles &amp; Responsibilities : You will be responsible for devising, developing and driving a comprehensive marketing plan for the business that supports our aggressive growth plans. You will be data-driven and comfortable with adjusting&nbsp;plans based on data points. With excellent marketing experience you will have the ability to get involved in all aspects of Marketing,It will focus on designing and building the marketing function spanning across customer servicing for the most innovative banking platform in India targeting college-going students. Candidate will be responsible for: - Digital: Updating, maintaining and optimizing the website and digital channels. Managing traffic generation and digital marketing techniques to increase visits - Physical Marketing: Coming up with innovative ideas to market the product - Comms: Manage all external and internal PR &amp; communications with the creative agencies - Brand building: Ensure the curation of original content and a strong presence in the market to promote the brand. Eligibility Candidate Requirements : - 8+ years of overall marketing experience - Great communication skills including written, verbal, presentation and social media - Demonstrable experience of marketing background - Open for travel (after Covid) - Experience working with Fintech's as clients or working for a Fintech firm will be a plus - Open mindset and looking for learning opportunities
