Head - Marketing - FinTech (8-10 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Drive lead conversion through online & offline channels
- Managing the entire process from lead generation to closure
- Managing the P&L and ensuring revenues, as well as cost budgets, are aligned with overall business strategy
- Craft strategies for marketing including digital, advertising, creative, communication etc.
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Establish annual, quarterly and monthly marketing targets along with other teams.
- Designing metrics to set monthly target for the team members, directing in execution and overseeing performance of team
Education qualifications: MBA/PGDM from IIM A, B, C or any Tier-1 BSchool
Skills: Strong business acumen, Strong leadership skills, Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation skills, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
OKRs for the 1st 6 months:
Objectives :
1. Devise strategies to result in the growth of the existing business by improving new lead conversions and retention of existing customer base
2. Identify and execute partnerships and co-marketing opportunities with other brands to augment revenue growth.
Key results :
1. Improving lead conversion
2. Increase the retention rate of customers
3. Identify strategic partnerships which shall increase the revenue growth.
