Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion in the fintech industry.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

- Strong understanding of the fintech landscape, including trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in using marketing automation and analytics tools.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

Key Responsibilities:

- New Product Development and Launch: Lead the marketing strategy for new product development, working closely with product, sales, and engineering teams.

- Ensure product launches are well-executed and aligned with market demands.

- Precision Marketing: Implement targeted marketing strategies using data analytics, segmentation, and personalization to drive high ROI across digital channels. Focus on creating highly targeted campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.

- Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that increase brand awareness, drive leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team. Set clear goals, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative, results-driven culture.

- Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and optimize marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports on marketing performance and ROI to the executive team.

- Brand Building: Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Work on crafting a unique brand identity that resonates with the target audience.

- Customer Insights: Leverage customer data, market research, and feedback to understand customer pain points, desires, and trends. Use insights to inform product and marketing strategies.

- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Communicate and collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.

- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives. Ensure efficient use of marketing spend while maintaining high performance.

- Desired Skills and Experience:- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Significant experience in new product marketing and precision marketing (data-driven, targeted campaigns).

Skills:

- Strong expertise in B2B,social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and performance marketing.

- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing software, etc.).

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, working collaboratively across departments.

- Product Launches: Demonstrated ability to launch and scale new products successfully.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

- Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative marketing strategies that drive growth.

- Agility: Experience in fast-paced, start-up environments with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple projects.
