Job Description - Opportunity to head the marketing for a well established financial services firm

Client Details :

Our client is a well established financial services firm in the payments space

Description :

- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies

- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

- Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)

- Analyze consumer behaviour and determine customer personas

- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

- Establish annual, quarterly and monthly marketing targets along with other teams.

- Designing metrics to set monthly target for the team members, directing in execution and overseeing performance of team

Profile :

- MBA/PGDM from IIM A, B, C or any Tier-1 BSchool


- 8-14 years of Growth Marketing experience preferably from the fintech domain


- Should have worked in P&L and revenue ownership role


- Experience of working in diverse markets and successful track record of achieving sales, brand marketing, network development & profit targets


- Experience running successful marketing campaigns


- Should also be able to remotely manage a team and set profitable goals.

 

- Strategic mind-set with a zeal for quick execution and scale up
