We have Open Position for Marketing Head with one of our Client they are into Financial Management Information Service Company at Bangalore .

Exp : 6+ years

Location : Bangalore

Position type : Permanent

Role : Head-Marketing

Ideal Candidate would have the following:

1. IIM/Premier B School

2. 6-10 yrs good foundations / experience in Brand Management. Experience in Brand Management in FMCG space is a Nice to Have.

Experience in building up from a young brand to an established brand is VERY NICE TO HAVE.

3. Good Understanding and Experience of Digital Marketing

4. Experience in a digital brand management with new-age internet/mobile companies is preferred.

5. More than the size of ATL budget/spent, the experience in smart spent/ROI of spent is important

6. Reporting directly to the founder

Role Description:

1. Build the brand from a small base to undisputed leader in India's fast growing E-commerce space

2. Grow the marketing function with responsibility across domains of Brand marketing, Mobile, SEM, SEO, Social media, Email and Affiliate marketing.

3. Reach a topline, a customer base and a daily traffic numbers in line with the Company's targets

4. Set up Integrated Marketing Communications for the brand

5. Focus on a 360 degree approach to marketing, covering every consumer touch point under traditional or digital media

6. Be the customer advocate
