Global Head - Product Marketing - Software Product
We're seeking a Product Marketing expert to develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and adoption of the product. Our ideal candidate is a passionate experienced B2B product marketer with proven success in working with emerging products and driving GTM strategies.
Responsibilities :
- Leadership
- Coach and build a strong PMM organization in India
- Represent the product marketing team in multiple geographies at various levels of activation
- Own key product dashboard and drive to operational metrics each quarter
- Product Go-to-Market
- Lead a team to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our offering in the market
- Drive awareness and influence customer adoption of top uses cases
- Own the product release cadence with coordination with engineering and product management
- Sales Enablement
- Partner with customer-facing teams to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Increase consumption of product-led enablement
- Customers, Industry Forums and Analyst Relations
- Identify strong customer stories and nurture relationships to serve as references
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build consensus and alignment across product management, engineering, design, customer marketing, and customer success teams
Requirements :
- Any Graduate degree (MBA preferred) with 10+ years prior experience in a global company
- Experience in an enterprise software company preferred
- Outstanding storytelling capabilities: crafting a written or visual story in a simple straightforward way
- Can quickly synthesize disparate data into a 'position' and craft messaging that connects with both internal stakeholders and customers
- Passionate and proven people manager and genuinely cares to develop individuals in their careers
- Strength in collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including executive management, product management, operations, engineering, and field
- Enthusiasm and empathy for genuinely improving how businesses serve and engage people
- Strong communication, presentation, writing, and analytical skills
