We are looking for a Marketing Head to join our client in Delhi Job Description - Build a brand from ground-up - Create the overall marketing strategy for the organization - Build & manage a team of high performers - Design and execute activation and engagement campaigns via multiple channels including but not limited to online advertising, online campaigns, email marketing, webinars - Run brand building focused digital marketing campaigns, managing efforts across direct response channels including, but not limited to: SEM, SEO, email, affiliate, display and social media - Identify growth & lead generation opportunities across paid channels - Work closely with the analytics team to perform campaign analysis, generate insights, and recommend actionable optimizations - Manage and supervise the PR and communications strategy and plan - Drive the company's website, blogs and other online presence - Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns - Monitor digital marketing techniques and strategies used by other startups & ecommerce brands, best-practices and creative tactics - specifically in the education domain What we are looking for? - Years of experience: 10+ yrs of relevant work experience - Background in eCommerce / online education would be preferred - Experience of building a successful brand from scratch would be preferred - Proven track record in creation and execution of successful digital marketing plans that are creative, engaging, testable, and highly analytical - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Lead Management platforms etc and marketing analytics - Good awareness of marketing tactics such as paid search, remarketing, behavioral targeting, audience segmentation and automated marketing What's on offer? - Be part of the core founding team of a disruptive start-up in the ed-tech space - Competitive compensation including Variable performance bonus and ESOPs
