Head Marketing - Pan India ( Bangalore & Pune)
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive digital marketing & student / partner acquisition.
- Design and execute activation and engagement campaigns across the user funnel via multiple channels including online advertising, product launches, campaigns both online & offline, ATL & BTL initiatives, email marketing, webinars and more
- Inbound and outbound campaign development: Execute email campaigns (customer acquisition, drip and nurture), SEM/SEO/SMM, and content marketing
- Extensively involved in running and handling end to end Digital Marketing including Online, Mobile and Social Media Marketing.
- Actively drive the school/ college's website strategy, website design & dvpt, website maintenance including value adds like, database mgmt & community building.
- To design, develop & execute multiple initiatives using the website as a strategic branding platform.
- Become an advocate of the B2C business in social media spaces, engaging in dialogue and answering questions where appropriate.
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
- Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into product and other teams to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion
- Monitor marketing techniques and strategies used by other startups & ecommerce brands; poach best-practices and creative tactics - specifically in the education domain.
- Manage Blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about the Company.
- Ability to build huge people network/ increase the traffic or fans on social media profile pages.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to drive incoming traffic & leads
- Optimize results for campaigns by working with creative team on A/B testing content
- Create Strategic alliances and other marketing strategies, create and execute marketing plan.
Technical Competencies:
- Should be an expert in handling online promotion activities using social networking sites Facebook etc.
- Should be an expert in AdWords, Facebook AdManager and other social and search engine ads platform
- Should have good experience and understanding of CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL etc.
- Should have a good overall understanding of brand management, marketing communications and brand promotional activities.
- Should be able to head a team comprising of Digital marketeers, content developers, graphic designers, Branding and operations team.
- Experience in Education Industry will be preferred. However it is mandatory to have had in-depth experience of online and offline brand building & customer acquisition.
