Job Description We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will be responsible for setting the marketing vision and driving the execution of all marketing initiatives. This includes brand, lead generation, lead nurturing, lead conversion and customer loyalty. This role reports to the President of the company manages a team of 5-7 marketing professionals and is the lead for all agency relationships. Primary Responsibilities - Team leadership - working with heads of various dept to set marketing priorities and help them deliver on revenue goals - Team Management - Manage a team of 5 - 7 marketers, help them prioritize cross initiatives and grow as marketers - Experience with lead acquisition through SEO, social media, content marketing, performance marketing and other digital strategies. - Develop customer journeys which helps learn more about TRP, find services the team needs and eventually convert. Implement sales and marketing strategies to optimize the conversion rate. - Continuously improve the website and content to convince leads that TRP is the best fit for them. - Events - Work with event managers to bring events to life form and ensure that the content is repurposed for content marketing. - Work with the team to manage a host of agencies including brand, design, website, social, PR, etc. - Manage all hiring, firing and growth of the team Requirements: - Degree from a tier one university in India or abroad - 15-17 years of agency and client-side experience in Marketing with exposure to the education vertical - Fluent written and spoken English skills
