Head - Marketing - EdTech (10-15 yrs)

A leading and well funded edtech firm is looking for an experienced marketing leader for a recently launched business vertical, growing at a fast pace. The successful candidate will help scale the new business vertical through digital marketing and ATL/BTL Campaigns. The person will have the opportunity to build the marketing team under them.

Responsibilities :

Goals :

- Ensure achievement of revenue goals every quarter

- Ensure achievement of cost of acquisition goals every quarter

- Create measurable preference for the edtech firm over competition

Performance Marketing :

- Build a supply of smart team members

- Build or deploy tech to optimize automatically

- Build multiple channels for leads

For Communication :

- Build a supply of smart team members

- Ensure our communication is distinctly global quality

- Ensure our communication measurably reduces CAC

For Brand :

- Build measurable brand preference

- Build measurable brand preference among high-affluence students

Skills :

- Experience running marketing for a large P&L

- Experience building and managing multi-channel marketing

- Leading the Digital/ performance marketing teams for an Indian start up (eCom, eRetail, Holidays, Travel, HNI- Fintech) would fit ideally
