Core Leadership is hiring for a fast growing Internet based start up for eCommerce Industry. The company is head - quartered in Bangalore.

The company is looking for a seasoned professional as Head Marketing for the facility. The position is at the Senior Leadership level. The position is based at Bangalore.

Essential Requisites:

- Expertise in Offline Marketing.

- Candidates should be from the FMCG/Consumer Durable/E-commerce.

Reporting: CEO/Founder

Role Purpose:

- Effective usage (planning & execution) of BTL and ATL activities to communicate brand attributes.

- Continuously monitor competition activities in media and on ground and highlighting it within the team.

- Preparing & executing creative, media, and PR briefs to establish alignment to the brand plan.

- Participate in development of marketing strategies.

- Brand building exercises to increase market share.

- Liaison with advertising agency and media requirements for successful application for the campaign

- Timely deliverance of all the elements to make the brand campaign successful

- Plan, manage and execute promotional activities in the region including events, store promotions etc.

- Post-campaign analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the campaign

- Monthly KPI analysis (key performance indicators)

- Establish strong Measurement metrics across all BTL campaigns to ensure positive ROI.
