Candidate Profile -  1. Preference will be given to candidates from a Tier 1 Engineering/ Business Schools like IIT's/ IIM's/ ISB or premier communication institutes.  2. 10+ years in marketing/ digital, with at least 5 years across eCommerce.  3. Should have team handling capabilities as well as should be hands-on across gamut of marketing activities (SEO/ SEM/ PPC/ Google Adwords/ Display/ Social Media marketing/ Viral marketing/ ATL/ BTL/ Activation/ Brand marketing etc.)  Key Responsibilities -   1. Establishing the Brand Marketing function by developing a clear Strategic Roadmap in line with the Organizational priorities  2. Building and Leading a large team comprising of General Managers, Senior Managers and Managers to build the following sub-functions - Marketing Communications and PR, Brand Servicing,, Social Media, Digital and Content Marketing, Consumer Research & Media Planning   3. Identify, Define and Develop the New Identity (both visual and emotional) for ECOM and create an Execution Brand Playbook to drive consistent Brand language across all consumer touch points  4. Spearheading all Brand and Category building campaigns involving ATL, BTL, Digital and Content Marketing for the organization to help the brand strengthen its equity and businesses scale topline  5. Partner with the Category Business units to nurture and build Strategic Categories across the FMCG Product Line   6. Driving growths in website traffic, conversions, and revenue for the organization  7. Responsible for managing the marketing budget and ensuring optimal channel mix & prioritization to deliver the best ROI  8. Develop and measure key metrics around the business including user acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction and renewal rates.
