- The role holder is responsible for creation & execution of strategies for the organization in the gamut of marketing, e business, communication & innovation.
- The role holder is also accountable for creating channels for internal as well as external communication. This also encompasses projecting & supporting the leadership of the organization in the market space.

- Role holder will be responsible for strategizing & implementing innovation practices for business. Incumbent will be accountable to set & drive innovation culture in the organization (being set up)
- Incumbent will be responsible for strategizing, implementation & review of e business to achieve business objective (being set up)
- The role holder is responsible for market research & to share feedback about the market scenarios with the senior management
- Role holder is responsible to create structures, processes, policies for the function, acquire, retain & motivate the team, performance reviews & adherence to the corporate objective
