Head - Marketing - Diesel Engine Oil Segment (12-15 yrs)
- Accountable for delivering segment volumes, growth and margins.
- Manage segment budgets optimally through right mix of spends on trade, mechanics, consumers and activations.
- Manage portfolio to keep it in line with market needs refresh, new launch, churning.
- Pricing management to optimize margins
- Closely work with Sales leaders and Regional team leader to drive distribution growth.
- Closely work with branding team to drive BTL branding elements for segments.
- Strong analytical skills to be able to analyse segment/ portfolio performance and take appropriate decisions, work on long range planning for segments.
- Have great ability to connect with the channel and sales team to drive the business agenda.
- Market travel required for 5 days a month
