Head Marketing Exp : 4 - 5 years - Should have marketing experience in Cryptocurrency/Blockchain Eco system - Needs to have experience in marketing, advertising, communications, digital strategy, PR, and business development - As Head of Marketing, it will be your job to set the marketing agenda for the company based on internal company objectives and milestones. This can include everything from brand positioning, growth planning, and communication strategies. - Your primary focus will be to create familiarity about the Company brand and drive more users to our platform. You will also be responsible for managing campaign budgets and supervising the marketing team. - To plan and develop all marketing, advertising, promotional activities for effectively executing and monitoring the marketing strategies in meeting the organizational objectives and enhancing the brand. - Evaluate customer research; market conditions, competitor data and implementing marketing plan/changes as needed. - Identify sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications as per the organization process. - Building effective channels to reach existing customers to drive a high repeat business at low cost (email, notifications, retargeting) - Ideate and conceptualize new marketing and communication ideas resulting in marketing effectiveness - Expertise in advanced analytics implementation, reporting and insights on a platform such as Google Analytics - Deliver a positive ROI on digital marketing activities - Must have knowledge of Social Media Listening tools, CRM and email marketing tools
