Who are we looking for :

We are looking for a Marketing Head for the S&M team, your primary roles and responsibilities will include :

1. Launch new range of robots & build the brand story, GTM & post launch activities

2. Should be able to draw customer insights during pre-launch phase & alter the marketing plan accordingly

3. Should have experience in running B2C marketing campaigns & should have managed a team

4. Digital marketing experience is a must

5. In depth understanding of digital channels including social, PR, performance, working with agencies

6. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong project management and delivery skills

7. MBA from a premium B-School

8. Should be a people motivator & infuse energy in the team

As a successful candidate, you must have :

1. Min 5-6 years of experience in B2C marketing for a successful brand with a min 3 years managing a team of 8 to 10 people

2. Experience in launching a product from scratch

3. Entrepreneur at heart
