Job Description :
- Devise and implement the overall marketing strategy
- Develop (and oversee team to develop) a marketing mix that will achieve the short- and long-term objectives of the publishing group using price, promotion, sales channels, and staff to best effect
- Oversee implementation of joint marketing opportunities with colleagues
- To manage the resources of staff, time and marketing budget in order to meet list and department targets for sales, profitability and expenditure
- Ensure regular analysis is carried out to assess the success of marketing campaigns (online, print, workshops etc) and to steer future plans/strategy
- To recruit, manage, and motivate marketing teams to ensure marketing plans are delivered effectively, and to an appropriate standard
