Role & Responsibility: - Formulation of Marketing Plan to support/ enhance Sales, Brand & Customer Preference - Conceptualise & Execute activities (Campaigns, Promotions,- ) to the Marketing Plan - Devise short term Marketing programs to support Sales - Plan, Monitor & Control the Marketing Budget - Work closely with Head- Sales to enhance synergies & ensure Marketing Plan supports the Sales Plan - Market Industry Analysis -Customer, Competitor, alternate usages, Industry Environment - which will form the basis for Marketing Plan Key result Area: - Development of effective Marketing Strategies & Plans - Execution of Activities as per Marketing Strategies / Plans - Enhancement of Brand Value & Customer Preference - Enable meeting of Sales Targets - Timely & Efffective Market Analysis & Inputs - Responsible for improvement of customer acquisition costs Preferred candidates: - 10 to 15 years in Marketing, Business Development, Customer Interactions (preferable industries - consumer durable, appliances,- ). Min 5 years in direct responsibility for Planning & Executing Marketing Activities (Promotions / Campaigns/....) - Language proficiency: English and Speaking/working knowledge of Hindi & south Indian languages essential - Willing to travel - Position to be based in Coimbatore
