Responsible for the setting of marketing communications objectives and formulation of strategies to ensure their attainment. Direct, plan and control the implementation of all marketing communications programs to achieve set objectives within allocated resources. Responsible for formulating, developing and leading a professional marketing communications team to spearhead appropriate brand building, advertising, publications, merchandising, and public relations strategies. Forms part of the management team and plays a key role in setting company policies and guidelines.

KRA's

- Manage the marketing communications activities to achieve the maximum performance at the highest efficiency.

- Build and groom the marketing communications team.

- Strategic planning and implementation of marketing communications strategy.

- Position the company's brand as the leading brand in quality, design and value to the customers through effective advertising, publications, PR events, merchandising programs, exhibitions/tradeshows, and other marketing communication efforts.

- Develop and provide support to set up of display showrooms for distributors and dealers.

- Formulate and implement marketing communications programs to penetrate new markets and increase the customer base and the market share.

- Establish marketing communications policies, procedures and systems.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the India market and ensure company brand is appropriately positioned.

- Direct and ensure the positive relations between the company and its various publics.

- Ensure timely and quality production of marketing support literature and publicity material and technical publications.

- Represent the company and region at functions, meetings, conference and seminars as and when required.

- Manage the resources and interests of the company in the best possible manner.

- Manage the staff in a responsible and caring manner ensuring the highest standards of service.

- Keep the senior management of the company informed of all relevant information at all times
